If we need to contact you about an order, we will likely do this by the email you have provided upon purchase. Enigma Baits has no control whether your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email server provider treats the email as spam. We suggest therefore, that if you have not received an email confirmation, that you check your spam folder.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully as they will explain the contract Enigma Baits has with our customers.
Accepting your order
We will send you an email confirmation containing an order number when we have accepted your order from our website. This is when the contract between Enigma Baits and our customers is activated.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will write to you via email, and you will not be charged for any products. There are numerous reasons for this, including, the product in question being out of stock, because we have identified an unexpected error in the product, because we are unable to comply with our delivery deadline or because the payment details provided by the customer do not meet requirements.
Product variation
- Images of our products on the Enigma Baits website are for illustrative purposes only. Therefore, your product may vary slightly from those images.
- Our product packaging may vary slightly to the images shown in our website.
- We recommend that all our products are stored and used according to our written instructions.
- We may make minor changes to our products to reflect changes in law and regulatory standards.
- Enigma Baits products are intended for recreational fishing purposes only. They are not for human or ruminant consumption.
Delivery
Our delivery timescales are on the Enigma Baits website. We aim to abide by these but there may be circumstances where we are not responsible for delays outside our control. In these cases, we will be in contact via email with the reasons for the delay and steps being taken to rectify the matter. Following substantial delays, it may be necessary for Enigma Baits to issue a refund for any goods not received.
